"Great spot for a family night"

Great experience with immediate and extended family! The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We had a pizza party and hung out in the lobby; clean and good atmosphere. The pool was a little chilly for our toddlers swimming. Rooms were clean and satisfactory. One thing that I think would be beneficial for them to have is a water dispenser in lobby for guests to enjoy.

Property didn’t allow me to have my registered SERVICE ANIMAL. But came out the next morning to find another customer walking their animal. Couldn’t get a refund to try and find another hotel, so I had to drive an hour out of my way to find somewhere for my dog to stay.

Two things lowered my overall score. The lumpy appearance of the bed. Looked bad but felt fine. Also- called front desk to complain about stomping above us and got no answer. Breakfast crew was great. They were very busy but we never ran out of anything.

Staff was courteous as we were moved to different room as food was still leftover in fridge. I figured if one thing was not cleaned what else might had just been wiped over and not clean. Location is perfect for Waite park

"Nice large suite for the 4 adults that slept there."

Large clean suite with plenty of room for the 4 adults. the hot tub was out of service but they let us know this before we checked in. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was typical American breakfast.
