"Perfect for a home away from home"

Several people during my stay at Country Inn & Suites, St. Cloud West, made my stay positive - but Becky made my stay special. I was there for regional meetings with my team and only for one night - Becky remembered my name, took time to make sure I was checked in timely and that my room was as I needed for the work I needed to accomplish. She was efficient friendly and kind - much appreciated when away from home, and my room (a suite, actually) was fantastic. Clean - absolutely spotless, spacious, and room to work and relax. Also appreciated the no questions asked request for extra coffee pods - thank you so much. Highly recommend!

"Feels like home"

I have stayed here twice now and both times it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. I travel for work and will choose this hotel again and again when I need to be in town.

We're delighted to see this location is now part of "Choice Hotels" loyalty program! Our recent stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. Gracious staff, large and comfortable rooms, handy location, and even a pretty good breakfast....and very good coffee. No hesitation staying here any time we're in the area.

"Abbreviated Business trip, great stay."

The property overall was quite nice. Ample parking, and clean appearance from street view. The lobby and seating area which is used for breakfast and I imagine other things was very well kept and tidy. Staff at the desk were super nice and made my staff and I feel welcomed.

Large room, convenient location in St. Cloud, close to shopping and just far enough off the interstate.

Beds and bedding needed updating. One night a noisy group on my floor at 3 am. It went on too long but I did not call the front desk.
