This property was not clean the heaters did not work…body odor and body fluid on sheets…disgusting! They gave me 2 sets of keys…for 2 rooms…I booked 1 room…we did not stay waiting for a refund if possible but they may not give a refund…

We did not feel safe in this area. After seeing property we tried to call them for 2 days but only received voice mail. Stopped by property to cancel and saw sign on office that it was closed. Rang bell and lady said she would take my name and number and have someone call me. I never received a call.

It was not a pleasant town to stay in. We had a person knocking on our door at 5 am saying she was cold and would we give her a coat. When we told her no she sat outside and fussed loudly and came back and knocked more times. There were dead bugs all over the bathroom floor and grime on fixtures.

Unfortunately, this property should not be a listed option. It is below standard.

Fair price for value.

The location was a very depressed area. Very dirty and unattractive town. Way to expensive for the property. Garden view?? No garden in sight!

Room not ready, sketchy neighborhood

Signs all over the door say that the office is closed and to call a phone number to check in our receive assistance. The phone member did not work. A door opened next to the office for and a woman asked what was wanted. Check-in consisted of handing my driver's license through the door and receiving a key to a deadbolt. The double queen room was actually a double full bed room. There was no heat, only AC. That ended up being ok b/c the temps were not terrible that night. The staff's kids rode scooters up and down the outdoor hallway right outside the rooms until late in the evening. The toiletries in the room were group-use dollar store bottles of shampoo/conditioner mix and body wash. The only positive about this place was the mini fridge, microwave, and warm shower. It's really the worst place I've ever stayed in and I am quite familiar with budget motels. The WiFi was barely there. Believe all the bad reviews! Terrible service.

Nice cozy place close to the East Glacier park

Upon check in with no Identification was sent to a room. Room was already occupied. Waited 1hour 30 minutes for another room. Brought our stuff in. Went to wash up, bathroom sink handle and it BLEW off sending water clear to the ceiling. Turned water off under to prevent from drowning. Move to third room. Not cold water at sink. All this after being told we did not have a reservation at there sister Inn in Glacier Park East. The pictures look 5 star. They say they are 5 star. Places should be condemned. Manager, Gordon wanted to do the right thing. Apparently the owner just wants money
