strongly urge expedia to remove this property from your listings.

The property wasn't clean. Linen, towels weren't clean. Bed wasn't made. WiFi is pretty much non existent. There was no hot water. The photos posted on Expedia don't match the actual facility. STAY AWAY!

Air conditioner was broken. Windows and mirrors cracked. Toilet ran, tub took hours to drain. Very expensive for such a hole in the wall.

The property was close to the eastern entrance of Glacier National Park. This street signage was confusing, with “Going to the Sun” as the large sign, and “Lil HiltInn in smaller letters below which was hard to see .

The room was not clean, no ice, no wi-fi, towels and soap were not in the room, TV not working, no hot water, sink had no plug or drain, air conditioning unit so lud I had to unplug, no top sheet on the bed, room reeked of cigarette smoke. I should have slept in my car.

The motel was so bad ...we walked in and it looked like someone was living there! It was so terrible that we drove to another city...this place should NEVER be on this site!! Please take this motel off so nobody will ever have to stay there!!

I am not the guy to give bad ratings. However, this facility was not ready an hour after check-in time, still not ready after another hour and when told it was, there were no sheets, pillowcases or blanket on the bed. I made the bed with sheets provided. I felt unsafe here. I'd rather sleep in the car.

This is an old cottage style motel in need of major renovation and redecorating. In room coffee, micro and fridge are crammed into a tiny room. Most of the restaurants and stores in town were closed dure to how hard they were hit with covid. The casino was the only restaurant open, and it was little. More than a coffee shop diner menu.

Electric outlets inoperable and insufficient. Lightning insufficient.
