Gave my room away. Ended up having to sleep in my car in the middle of nowhere. Drove 3 hours through Glacier National Park to stay there, so I could get up early and go to many glacier trails in the am. If they would’ve at least called me and cancelled my reservation I could’ve found somewhere else to stay. Terrible place, terrible people.

Older run down hotel.

After a full day at glacier national park when we reached Browning by there were no rooms available. They did not call and inform us before this and when we reached at 10 pm we were informed that our rooms had been given away and we would be taken to a cabin in the east village. The cabin was clean but had a pungent smell coming from the water. It also meant we had to drive and extra 30 minutes to Many Glaciers.

Wayyyyy overpriced hotel. I paid $169, but $49 would have been more appropriate. The lobby is full of junk. The room seems clean but the carpet covers an uneven floor. Not recommended to even stay in Browning. Couldn’t touch the free breakfast. A partially filled water bottle was in the fridge. We are at the casino and it was fine.

I shouldn’t blame the hotel for this because it’s EXPEDIAS FAULT! EXPEDIA has the wrong name for this hotel, and the wrong phone number. When we showed up we were so confused why no one was answering or there to check us in and only later after we had to book another hotel over an hour away after traveling all day. EXPEDIA has ignored all of my claims and refuses to give us a refund for over $250 for 2 days at a hotel that does not exist and else did not stay at.. THANKS FOR NOTHING EXPEDIA. I will never use your services again.

This place was terrible. It was dirty. The room was unlocked when we arrived. We saw locals climbing in room windows. It was not woth a $20 stay let alone what they charge. Save yourself money. Sleep in the car if this is your only option.

We can tell it is under new management and the room was lovely. Bathroom redone and very clean. Has a gorgeous jetted tub but the water was glacier cold. They said maintenance was called but no showers or bathing for us that night. Large television with like three channels. And the only place open to eat was a taco John’s about three blocks away. Granted it was 4th of July and Sunday, and not the hotels fault. There is also a grocery store so we made due. The handyman was very helpful and the front desk clerk was kind over the phone.

Overall hotel condition poor: 1) No working TV remote; makes it almost impossible to use the TV.. change channels etc 2) Loose wires hanging from ceiling 3) Door to hotel room was left open by staff (not unlocked; actually left open)

Relatively good proximity to East Glacier, but the service was odd (distant and almost rude--keys were just handed to us without a word, for example) and one of our beds had hair on and beneath the comforter, and the other bed was without a fitted sheet. Room lacked basic amenities like nightstands, shampoo, etc.
