The property needs a good rebuilding.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed! When we walked in, the TV was on and blaring. Remote wouldn’t turn it down or turn it off. The remote would only change the channel. Complained to the front desk and they said the maintenance guy would have to fix it but portably couldn’t tonight. Oh little did we know that was the least of our worries. Figured out barely any channels actually had signal. There was NO Hot water (shower or sink). Not only was it not hot, it was FREEZING! Like the water in Glacier. Complained to the manager and they said they could bring a maintenance guy in an hour. No thanks, we are exhausted and wanted to be asleep in an hour. WIFI was a Very weak signal and it would drop every 5 minutes and we had NO cell service. Couldn’t even look around for another hotel to move to if we wanted! The curtains were thin and a bright light in the parking lot threw so much light in the room I could barely sleep. And the curtains covered the AC unit so it didn’t really keep the room cool. I will say they tried to make the room look cosmetically ok and the bed was comfortable. After a long day in Glacier, what a horrible experience. Side note, the town of Browning is sketchy as H***

Direct TV system was not working. Otherwise, it was fine for our purposes. Bed was comfy, refrigerator worked, etc. It is on an Indian Reservation.

The building is older than the pictures and it shows. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with the smell of Fabrees and smoke. My room was a non smoking room. The room was dated and the carpet was unvacuumed. The bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper. My main concern was security. The door had a knob and a dead bolt. The key only worked for the knob. The latch on the door was very loose. Upon examining it, I noticed the screws were stripped and you could pull the latch out of the door frame. I decided that since I couldn’t book another hotel in the area because all were sold out. I would stay but every morning when I left to go to Glacier National Park. I would pack all my belongings in my car. On the third day of my stay, I retuned to my room only to find that someone else was in my room. Apparently because I took my stuff with me every day. The manager thought that I wasn’t coming back. I paid in advance for a 6 night stay. I called the office and an unapologetic man offered me another room or my money back. Since no other rooms were available in area. I took the offer. I wanted to finish my trip. This room was worse than the first. No TP, slow tub drain, broken shower head spraying water on the floor and the sink smelled like feces from the backup tub. The underside of the toilet had dried feces caked on it. I stayed one more night and left because of the people living in other rooms making noise till 1 am. I should have taken the money and left sooner.

Upon check-in at 3:20, we were told to come back after 4:00 bc room was not ready due to being short staffed. I get it. The office staff was polite but appeared inexperience. Once checked in, we found the toilet overflowed. Contacted the office only to be told will contact property manager. End solution: we used a plunger to unclog the toilet ourselves and had to plunge the toilet prior to using it. Then, in the middle of the night, twice, we heard a barrage of what sounded like gunshots. Thought it was firecrackers at first but thought it would be unlikely . I really hate to say this but at 211 per night, I would not recommend this motel.

When we pulled up in a place in the middle of nowhere they asked us to wait and call in an hour. The reason was because they didn't think they had a room for me anymore. I had to find another hotel which was 45 minute drive away. they didn't even bother to call when the issue occurred.

The room was not clean and had stains all over the sheets. The shampoo bottles were half used. The tub would not drain. The TV required manual maintenance to work. The table was sticky. The lobby and breakfast room was not clean. Overall terrible experience.

The picture looks nice. The place is a dump. Dirty, run-down town with a motel to match. We checked in, got the rundown on everything that wasn't working at that time, poked our head in the room and promptly handed the keys back in. Drove about 40 miles to another hotel.

It was such a sad little town so much poverty.. we had to stay there one night because everything in the National park was sold out.. everyone told us not to go out at night for crime, but I will say the people we did interact with were very nice, but won’t be going back

It was very nice room but there was food in the refrigerator. The toilet would not stop running and found needles in the back. We didn't lock the door and we had someone walk in on us.
