Terrible....!!! never trust Expedia ratings, the place was a stinky dump also never going to use Expedia. The place was so sketchy we did not stay there and lost our $250 , checked into nice St Mary lodge and Resort for the same price.

Because of Expedia’s complicity in this disgusting property I will never, never use Expedia again. It is obvious you have never been there. It is dirty, unsafe, disgusting.

This property should absolutely not be listed on Expedia!!!! No sheets, dirty and fearful for our life and our car!!!! I actually slept in my clothes and left before 6 am -stay away, far away!!!

There was no staff to check in, the office was closed so we never stayed there. They wouldn’t even call us back. But our $ didn’t get refunded!! Sketchy place on the outside too. Bad experience.

The outside of the hotel is nice, however the rooms have not been updated probably for 30 years. When we checked in we had to go back and ask for another towel (there was only one small towel). The office (which has coffee etc) was supposed to be open at 7am for breakfat was not open. It was still not open at 8am when we went looking for coffee. The second day we had an afternoon clerk (male) who was helpful, but I would suggest if you are going to East Glacier to book in Two Medicine or in Columbia Springs. Same prices, much better hotel stay. We have stayed at some very nice hotels for the same price as was paid for this hotel.
