"Disappointed hotel need to upgrade in all sections"

When we checked in the night, duty started charging extra, then took him 45 mins at 3.30 am to get us a room. Once we received the room, the toilet seat was broken and safe, and it was also broken and had to change room and floor. Then the room we were shifted to the toilet seat was again broken. Whenever requesting item from housekeeping, they took at least 20-30mins before we received it. Iron was mot working to non. Staff in restaurants have no clue how to serve and just look at your faces.

"Giving a bad name to a big brand hotel "

Staff was very unprofessional, inattentive and slow. Only time doorman opened my car door was when I checked out and was leaving in the hope he would get a tip. room was freezing, no heating working in bite, took ages to get hot water in morning. Breakfast was bare minimal. Room was dark and had a small window which very high up? which was covered with a blind so had no sunlight.
