"Poorly trained staff."

The staff behaviour was very bad. I had to check out 2 hours after i checked in due to some emergency and the staff said that i could not leave till my room was checked. I have travelled to many cities and countries but this is the first time that i have been stopped for checking of my room. The staff training is very poor.

"Okay stay with great breakfast"

The room we had did not have a proper window and the noise from the vents was very loud and no hand towels

Great customer service and hotel staff- welcoming and friendly and happy to accommodate Hotel is very nice too - big rooms Could do with having spa facilities or at least a beauty/ hair salon
