Royal Hainaut Spa & Resort Hotel

Ayant pris une Suite présidentielle je dois dire que j ai été globalement déçu. D’abord la chambre était certe grande mais avec un couloir d entrée immense qui me sert à rien. Les plafonds sont très bas et la chambre peu lumineuse. Les salles de bain sont grande mais aucune pression dans les douches et la baignoire. En plus nous étions 3 et juste deux peignoirs. Enfin trop de chose qui ne vont pas pour une suite à 800 euros. L’endroit est pourtant incroyable

Très bel hôtel ms attente à la réception une seule personne… qui était au téléphone avec une cliente et attente pour une coupe de champagne le soir alors qu’il y avait peu de clients parking cher ms je recommande car c une belle expérience

+ Great location, impressive building, comfortable bed. - Overpriced and lousy breakfast. Swimming pool much too hot. Sauna broke down weeks ago and no signs of reparation. One fitness machine equally broken down for over a week. Unbelievable a spa hotel does not offer a richer supply of shampoo, douche geld etcetera. Restaurant quality rather poor, staff confused and somewhat rude. Footsteps from rooms above audible in the room, impinging on your sleep.

Hotel is lovely ! Checking in staff where great the lobby bar where nice people but they need more training not their fault We dined in the restaurant the food was poor I didn’t eat my main the steak was not good staff where efficient but they didn’t seemed at all bothered that our table of four didn’t eat all the food This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed here but will not be back because of the good

The hotel & its facilities are very good, but could be excellent. One gets the feeling that only French speaking guests are welcome, most staff don’t have even a basic understanding of English and don’t want to assist. The hotel boasts 51 TV channels, but none cater for international sport.

Trés bel établissement avec le clou du spectacle, sa piscine chauffée en RDC.

Séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique hotel. Piscine et spa reposants dans un très beau décor. Ne pas hésiter à y sejourner

Un accueil simple et de qualité, un lieu toujours aussi enchanteur. Une bulle de serenité entre piscine, cadre et chambre.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est juste très beau. Le bar est un plus.
