"Excellent"

Hotel in prachtig monumentaal historisch pand. Mooi kamer met gewelven en mooi volume. Restaurant in prachtige historische ruimte, goede keuze en redelijke prijzen. Mooi zwembad en redelijke sauna/hamman. Badjassen gekregen na veel aandringen. Museum van Valenciennes voor verschillende jaren gesloten. Weinig culturele mogelijkheden. Hotel is een aanrader.

Le cadre est fantastique et rien ne vient entacher le tableau : service souriant et aimable, repas et petit déjeuner de qualité et prix absolument pas excessif. Ne changez rien!

"Superbe hotel avec magnifique piscine"

Quatrieme sejour dans cet hotel. Toujours aussi magnifique. Services et accueil parfaits malgré situation sanitaire. Un des seuls hotels de la region avec piscine sans limitation d acces a l espace piscine car surface suffisante pour respecter distanciation. A recommander.

Beautiful hotel and spa. Super pool. Very stylish interior throughout hotel. Very nice room (we stayed in a suite). Lovely food and good service. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

The bedoom was beautiful but draughty from the large windows. Lovely furnishings and design. The pool and spa are fabulous. Overall a fantastic hotel with super facilities and a great destination.
