"3rd time not a charm "

Third time at Royal Hainault and things have gone a bit off. 2 days with no towels available at the pool. The last night at the hotel our room wasn’t cleaned even after assurances they would clean it. Argumentative bar staff who despite a dry martini on the menu bring you a sea breeze and on the second attempt tell you they’re making the drink their way not the way you asked (light vermouth not 2/3rds). The food is divine and the physical hotel and rooms divine. The service just needs work.

"Excellent"

Amazing hotel, the only problem - all restaurants close at 10.30. It would be also nice to have a bathrobe in the room.

"Great ambiance! "

Amazing hotel with ac, pool, and sauna. Great bar and good restaurant on site. Comfortable beds, very quiet, generous bathroom. Making a business trip much more enjoyable!

"Exceptional"

We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary weekend and so glad we did. Absolutely stunning and beautifully designed hotel. Everything about this hotel is beautiful just like all the photos we saw in their website. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great location, a short walking distance to the center of town. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

"Good"

This is a beautiful place, but not honorable. Even after you make a reservation and have fully paid weeks in advance. At a moments notice (the day before), they suddenly displace you to a cheaper hotel by the train tracks and offer you a drink as compensation when the other place is half the price and without any of the amenities. Finally negotiated a dinner as compensation for the headache.
