Bathroom cramped with taps prone to shoot water over the floor . Roadworks outside dangerous when leaving.

Great location not far from M1 junction with comfortable accommodation. Every member of staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was very good and exceeded my expectations.

Although the whole experience was very good, the only thing I can think of to move from a 8/10 to a 10/10 would be to reduce the late night noise from the road. Although the accomodation building is set back from the road the door is not a perfect fit so does let some noise through.

Great value for money, really clean and well presented rooms, good location and food at the pub is really good.
