Kepplestone by the Sea - The Catlins

Great host,provided nice breakfast selection eggs,cereal,fruit,milk,tea,coffee beautiful flowers in the front of the entrance.She was very caring and wanted her guests to enjoy the experience,nice beach close by for walks with many sea lions and seals,nice electric bed warmers,bedroom separate from living room/kitchen,

Can't say that I didn't care for anything

Perfect little place for a weekend getaway, fresh milk, butter, bread,eggs and cereal were supplied. No cell reception but wifi available. Nice peaceful location with friendly locals. Clean simple accomadation, nice outside area to sit out of that sea breeze and listen to the birds during sundown. We would happily go back again. Thankyou Jane for your hospitality

The lighting could be upgraded, the bathroom being a darker room would benefit having brighter lighting, the bedroom area only had desk lamps for lighting, a couple of touch lamps would go well, especially if needing to get up in the middle of the night.

We loved everything from the friendly host, to the Lovely breakfast supplies, butter, generous bottle of milk too and eggs. Peaceful and beautiful garden surroundings. Lovely conservatory with comfortable sofa to relax on, enjoying the just gorgeous sunshine. Lovely little dog came out,to greet us,when we first arrived. Only wished we could have stayed longer, was so relaxing,we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Was all great 👍 there was nothing I didn't like.

Cosy well equipped cottage

Lots of space; the accommodation had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped in terms of toaster, microwave and a little induction hob. Comfortable bed. Sitting area had 2 lovely settees. And an area to eat. All lovely and clean Host Jane was extremely helpful and has a great sense of humour. Location beautiful. We had 2 days here and totally chilled on the second day. The beach/ walk all within a 2 minute walk. Local cafe (more a restaurant!) Lumberjack fabulous food!

A perfect cosy, comfortable, rustic beach cottage in an outstanding location, for views and wildlife. Jane's personal touches to ensure we were comfortable were greatly appreciated.

We would have loved to stay longer ;)

Excellent location. Not flash but perfect. Jane an excellent host even leant us an extension cord to charge our bikes

Could do with a dustpan and brush and recycling bin.
