Hotel moderno, ben arredato, accogliente e pulitissimo. SPA molto confortevole. Possibilità di cenare nella limitrofa pizzeria gourmet, ma abbastanza costosa.

Nelle stanze la temperatura del riscaldamento non è modificabile. Abbiamo subito avvisato la reception che, a suo dire, ha sistemato il problema. Risultato: abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta...Alla faccia della sostenibilità ambientale! La doccia in stanza, a vista, perdeva acqua dalle guarnizioni....ci siamo ritrovati con la stanza allargata. La colazione non è a buffet, il cameriere ti accoglie dicendo che possono preparare una colazione O dolce O salata, servendola al tavolo...ma è di qualità discutibile, certamente non da un hotel 5 stelle. In hotel a 3 o a 4 stelle ci sono buffet ricchi e si può assaggiare quello e quanto si vuole. Che dire...c'è tanta strada da fare per arrivare ad un vero 5 stelle.

Amo piu' la colazione a bouffet. Tempi lunghi per il servizio.

Siamo venuti per il 2 anno in occasione del veglione di san Silvestro. L'anno scorso servizio impeccabile motivo per il quale abbiamo replicato. Precisando che la qualita' del menu e' stato eccellente ma l'organizzazione del servizio assolutamente insufficiente. Seduti alle 8,30 la prima pietanza e' stata servita dopo piu' di un'ora. Probabilmente hanno inspiegabilmente atteso l'arrivo di una tavolata che hanno pensato bene di presentarsi alle 22!!!!. In sintesi alle 24 ci hanno servito in corsa una bottiglia di spumante per brindare senza aver ancora servito il secondo che e' arrivato dopo quasi 45 minuti. Senza considerare che al tavolo arrivavano i piatti per una parte dei commensali e dopo anche 5-10 minuti veniva servito il resto dei commensali. In sintesi per una struttura 5 stelle L imperdonabile.

Bagno in camera senza porta. LA colazione personalmente la preferisco a buffet in modo da poter scegliere cosa voler mangiare. Era un pò povera rispetto al contesto sclusivo. Si può solo migliorare
