Parti di zone comuni necessitano di manutenzione ad esempio il soffitto nella zona colazioni c’è un’ evidente presenza di infiltrazione e muffa, le stanze poco funzionali per essere un 5 stelle

Tutto perfetto, volevo fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff a partire da Jonas della reception che è stato gentilissimo a farci vedere le varie opzioni delle camere e disponibilissimo ai vari camerieri presenti nei vari ristoranti tutti molto gentili e professionali ma con amore e passione per il loro lavoro ...tutto curato nei minimi particolari ..Davvero top top ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Mario ( sommelier ) per averci accompagnato nella visita della cantina della struttura , cordialità e professionalità visibili fin da subito . Ma il ringraziamento va ad ogni componente dello staff (nessuno escluso )presente nella struttura , poiché hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale . Servizi offerti eccellenti .
