De kamer was goed en schoon.

Het zwembad was niet beschikbaar. De restaurants en de bar waren alleen voor besloten feesten open. Op een paar uitzonderingen na was het personeel regelmatig zelfs onvriendelijk. Niemand zat hier op gasten te wachten!

ontbijt was prima, niet al te uitgebreid maar dat is in Italie vaak het geval

Het hotel wordt gepresenteerd als een resort met spa, zwembad en golfbaan. Het buitenzwembad was nog niet in gebruik en moest nog worden schoongemaakt. De golfbaan ontbreekt en behoudens een clubhuis dat niet in gebruik is ziet het er niet naar uit dat er golf gespeeld kan worden. Dat was wel de bedoeling.

Arredamento moderno, struttura curata, colazione buona, spa bellissima

Il check in era alle ore 15, siamo arrivati alle 12 sapendo che la stanza probabilmente non sarebbe stata pronta ma abbiamo lasciato i bagagli. Sul sito avevamo letto della presenza della bella terrazza Bellavista, volevamo quindi ingannare l attesa bevendo e stuzzicando qualcosa. Purtroppo ci informano che la terrazza era chiusa per manutenzione, peccato che sul sito non fosse stato segnalato, anzi permetteva anche la prenotazione. Una struttura di questo livello è tenuta a segnalare una mancanza di un servizio sul proprio sito. La stanza ci viene consegnata alle 16:20, quindi ben oltre l orario indicato per il check in… e avevamo la prenotazione alla spa alle 16:30. Entrati in camera ci accorgiamo che la temperatura della stanza era altissima, e l aria condizionata non era funzionante. Inoltre non funzionava neanche Internet sulla tv. Lo staff dopo molte segnalazioni ha inviato il tecnico che non è riuscito a risolvere il problema, costringendoci a dormire con la finestra aperta. Ci hanno offerto di cambiare la stanza, ma abbiamo verificato che lo stesso problema era anche lì. Una struttura 5 stelle lusso non può permettersi errori simili.
