The location, the restaurant by the beach, and the authentic Thai wooden designed rooms were absolutely fantastic. The entire staff were so courteous and caring throughout our entire stay. Will definitely come back.

The food options were very limited, especially for guests staying for a longer period. Most menu items were Thai-style, with very few international choices. There were very few evening activities, making the stay feel boring at times. There were also many mosquitoes around the resort, which was uncomfortable for families with young children. During our entire 8-night stay, the beach had a red flag warning every day, so swimming in the sea was not possible. Communication was sometimes difficult because many staff members had limited English skills. The facilities and services did not fully meet our expectations of a 5-star resort.

Room is lovely, bath doesn’t work properly tho, they sent guys out to fix it but 20 mins in and they had made it worse. when we arrived we couldn’t go into the main part of the building as they were doing filming for a tv show, wouldn’t of minded so much if we would of been told beforehand. We went for dinner at the restaurant, asked for a beer, took 10 mins and it wasn’t even cold, took another 10 mins for that to arrive and was only slightly cold. I ordered my food, half of it came. Then they brought us food that wasn’t ours then had to wait ages for the rest of my food. Very disappointed

Beautiful rooms and nice staff.

Aside from the lovely rooms, this hotel does not offer value for money. The food was average (and it’s a fair way from other restaurants so hard to get other food) and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Perhaps because it was off season, but one night we waited a long time to even order dinner. The airport pickup was just a taxi off the street, with a surcharge of course. For a five star hotel and a very expensive per night price, the service or luxury vibe just isn’t there. Finally, the checkout process made me feel like we had been suspected of theft or something, we had to wait 10-15 minutes until the check was complete before we were able to leave. Despite having our credit card details on file.

Extrem aufmerksames Personal und wunderschöne Pool-Villa mit spektakulären Schnitzereien überall und jedem Komfort den man sich wünschen kann! Insgesamt tolle Anlage, die sehr gepflegt ist!

Nur die Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant ist für Vegetarier eher ungeeignet und das Essen könnte etwas appetitlicher gestaltet sein. Frühstück war aber sehr in Ordnung! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Trubel, aber das weiß man ja, bevor man hinfährt. Ansonsten alles wirklich super!
