1. larger than usual room with 2 double beds. 2. 2 bathrooms (1 with attached commode).

1. Extra mattress that was provided was dusty and not enough space to lay on the floor. 2. Bedsheets were not clean. 3. Access road to the property was muddy & not good for walking. 4. Booking.com indicated beach was accessible iin 400mtrs from location, however, that is not the case. No connectivity to beach from the location directly, need to reach the main road & circle around 1.7kms to reach the beach. 5. Small swimming pool, water didn't look very clean.

Rooms were not good at all

AC was not working the whole night. We couldn't. Sleep

Owner Mr. Ramesh was very friendly and helpful we enjoyed the stay even though it was for 1 night. Lots of parking space and near by Serenity beach. Me and my wife stayed out all night by the beach. No gate lock restrictions or other rules. You can come and go as you wish in the stay. Rooms are big and can accommodate up to 5 people. With 2 bath rooms. In the pool you can spent quality time with your loved ones as it is allotted to you for per hour basis. You can book without hesitation.

Charging separately for swimming pool

### Not Good Points: - **Beach Access**: No direct beach access; you need to walk to the main road and then find a connecting road to reach the beach. - **Power Interruptions**: We experienced a few power interruptions, though it's unclear if these were temporary or a recurring issue. - ⁠Cleanliness is average and not great - Quilt could have been better microfibres with duvet cover
