Jose Miguel and Alejandro on the concierge desk; Eleana on the front desk; Stephanie in the breakfast room - all treated us like family! Warm. Welcoming. Accommodating. We cannot wait to go back! Emplacement génial sur la Plaza Mayor, Décoration et "ambiance" de l'hotel, staff super sympa et efficace, petit déjeuner au top tant la salle que dans l'assiette. Chambre bien équipée.

Salle de bain petite et presque dans la chambre. Problème de place sans doute, mais ce n'est pas un gros problème !

Un regret concernant l’aménagement des sanitaires: une douche très petite, la vasque de lavabo dans la chambre avec peu de place pour poser ma trousse de toilette

This is the hotel to stay at in Madrid! The location is exceptional, central to everything and everywhere, service excellent, staff polite and helpful, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was great to come back to it after a jam-packed day. We had a room onto Plaza Mayor - right in front of the central monument, absolutely perfect! We had a great time in Madrid, a beautiful city, but this hotel made it an outstanding stay. It has an entrance point on the Plaza, so you easily walk in any direction as this Plaza has many outlet points beneath the arcades. It is definitely the best place to be, with something always going on, besides being a beautiful square. The Sol metro station is minutes away. We walked everywhere, even to the Prado - a lovely walk through roads flanked with magnificent buildings. Gran Via, the absolutely stunning Palace and the cathedral were also very close. Many iconic restaurants a couple of minutes away. The room was excellent, very clean, crisp white linen daily, comfortable, silent air-conditioning - perfect. Complimentary water every day. Breakfast very good, besides a vast spread can also order egg dishes and churros, freshly made. It was a lovely stay indeed! We will definitely be back!

"Wonderful stay in Madrid"

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the square and close to everything, which made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection each morning, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable there and would happily return.

Honestly, we struggled to find anything that could have made out stay better. Everything was very well organised, comfortable, and welcoming from start to finish.
