Convenient location for sightseeing, with a great ( but spoiled... see below) view. Good but small fitness and indoor pool, sauna facilities. Welcoming and helpful service. Excellent breakfast.

General level of maintenance was poor. Common facilities and room are verging on shabby. The very expensive room overlooking the plaza was small at 25m2. The view and overall impression was spoiled by homeless rough sleeping around the square and in one case urinating in full view. The fact that the main hotel entrance on the square is not used for that purpose is an indication of the problem, unfortunately for the hotel.

I would like to say a big thanks to Jose Miguel for helping us to hire e-bike and we had a fab experience in the city . Hotel is great , fantastic location and good service. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend it.
