Part of big enough hotel group to hire exceptional people, yet small enough to deliver a degree of service lost by the typical focus on optimization.

Since the hotel was retrofitted into a 500 year-old building it is VERY easy to get disoriented in it; depending on the room you may need to leave a trail of bread-crumbs to find your way back to the reception. In fact, the hotel is shoe-horned into the Plaza Mayor in such a way that it may be difficult to find without a bit of wandering. Nothing that cannot be handled, but not a good place to stay for the spatially-challenged.

マイヨール広場に面しており，歴史的な意義をとても感じる滞在になった．広場の喧騒も防音窓で気にならないレベルに下げられた．500年の歴史がありながら，中はブティックホテル的に洗練されているし，中庭も気持ち良く隔絶していた．部屋から見る広場の日の出は素晴らしい．

部屋に二人がリラックスできる椅子が設置されていたらよかったのに，と残念に思った．居所がなく，いちいちベッドに寝転がるのは疲れる．

The whole team of the hotel was great! Alejandro (who is in charge of concerts and events) was super supportive and helpful! Thanks to everyone for making this vacation easier and enjoyable! The location was perfect! Everything is walkable distance actually, the decorations and facilities of the hotel makes the experience very positive and comfortable.

The rooftop pool was small and busy.
