Branson Hillside Hotel

The staff was great. Somehow the room we had been assigned was apparently given to another guest. The receptionist was very professional and she and I’m guessing the manager on shift still managed to get us the exact same room we had requested on our reservation, just different room number.

The only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower. It was a very weak stream.

I use to like this place before they were sold to Branson Hillside. Booking.com was not updated and we were not aware of the information. No indoor pool or breakfast. I will not be back

Staff was super friendly and they even had gifts for my two birthday kids.

Beds were a bit too firm.

The property was very beautiful

I did not like the fact that the AC did not work correctly in my room and the pool was not open after I was told it would be

The price was right, staff helpful and friendly

Showed a pool with a slide on the website, they do not have that. No house keeping which is fine but you have to put your trash outside the door.

Th staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the price is great.

The walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement above and next to us. You can hear other rooms talking through the vents. Kids screaming through the hallways early in the morning.
