Amazing.

the hotel is so clean, the staff are very nice, cheerful and helping for any questions. The food is amazing. The location is wonderful. There is coffee machine and cake at the reception 24 hours. There is very nice out side sitting area. There is bing pong table in the down stairs.

It's location is very convenient. I had a very good time there.

Lovely receptionists and nice very clean rooms. Much better attitude and professionalism than the next door "bay view hotel" which you should really stay away from. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was limited but we're ok with it as it wasn't very expensive and there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. wifi was sketchy at room 305. Thank you for your hospitality and looking forward to visiting again.

This is a nice little hotel in a good location. I always recommend friends to stay here as it is clean and cheap with a nice breakfast. The furnishings are a little outdated but it is a good stay none the less.

Nice smaller hotel close to the Bahai Garden, 10 mins walk on the Promenade with great views over the whole city. Walking down, but the walk up 30-35 mins is heavy, take the bus if you have issues with walking. Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast provided in the morning. Nice personnel, helped us parking in front of the building, and could stay there after check out, while visited the Bahai Gardens. Parking is on the street only and difficult. You need a car to reach the beach, which is really nice, huge waves in windy weather. We wanted to be close to the Bahai gardens while had limited time, and it was a great choice on a more affordable price.

Very much enjoyed this small boutique hotel. Room was relatively small for 3 of us, but adequate, clean and nice amenities. Free parking was tight, but was available. Given other high priced properties, this one was properly priced. Desk staff very warm and friendly, spoke English well. For us, near Bahai gardens was a plus and found even better able to use public bus system right across the street. Welcome coffee and cake was a nice touch and the breakfast was substantial in very nice indoor/outdoor setting.

The hotel is in a very good location. Good service, clean and quiet. Very decent breakfast. The furniture is a bit outdated, but everything is very clean. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Make sure to ask them how to walk to the upper terrace of Bahai gardens - you get spectacular views. Its a really short walk form the hotel.
