Suncloud Hotel

It was hard to navigate at first with the elevators since it is in the same building as the Sea Cloud but once you get it, it's fairly easy. The room was nice and spacious. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was ok. It’s part of 2 or 3 other hotels so check in was a little confusing and the pool was shared making it very busy. The pool area seemed a little dated. You had to wear a swimming cap or baseball cap but it was ok to not wear a T-shirt. The location is a little overwhelming but out towards the Capsule Cars is a lovely boardwalk and seafront area with nice bars and restaurants.

This hotel is very dirty with the smell of raw sewage coming through the kitchen sink even on the 17th floor. The common areas were filthy and the bathroom was full of mould. Our room was supposedly renovated in 2023 however I find this hard to believe given the condition it was in. The cupboards had been fitted dangerously so that if the light was on the open cupboards were burning on the light and the cupboards were all singed.

This hotel is poor, it's very dirty, there is no AC in the atrium and you have to use three separate lofts to get to the rooms. I booked a room that had supposedly been renovated in 2023 however it was dirty and worn. Common areas are filthy. The cabinets have fitted dangerously and our room showed evidence of burning because of the way doors were fitted close to the light fittings. It's right on Haeundae beach if that's a place you choose to stay, personally I wouldn't want to go to this area of Busan again as it's busy and unpleasant. The staff were fine at this hotel, they can't be faulted because the hotel is horrible because that's not their fault and that's the only reason this isn't a one star review. The stench of raw sewage in the streets around this hotel is overwhelming and sickening and this smell came up through the kitchen sink in our room which was on the 17th floor. The pool water looks brown and did so for the entirety of our stay and the tiles on the floor around the pool are broken and dangerous.

좋은 객실, 친절함, 좋은 전망

위치는 좋지만 그외의 모든것이 별로였습니다. 청결도가 압도적으로 별로입니다. 오염된 침구가 많았고, 6명이 이용하는 객실을 예약했는데, 객실 내 방에 들어가자마자 곰팡이핀 냄새때문에 아예 사용하지 못했습니다. 엘레베이터를 갈아타면서 이동해야하는데, 객실 규모에 비해 턱없이 부족했고, 전반적으로 별로입니다

편안하니 좋았어요~

The beds were old and stained and had no padding. The Elevators are minimal and wait time is long. The hotel staff at check out was rude. This website won’t allow me to leave an honest review. The area is loud but close to a food market. We would not stay here again.

飯店面海很美，房間大，但清潔度一般，我們住4晚有兩天回飯店房卡故障，房間硬體設備不太OK，房務打掃沒有標準，有一天還把乾淨的毛巾放在爐台上😓⋯⋯總之住過就知道了🙄
