Suncloud Hotel

It was a good stay for one night, the view was awesome and very clean room

The staff never be there in the desk , no iron ,no big mirrors, hand towels for the body and for get to the 8floor have to get 3 elevator 🙄 I never recommend this hotel , to expensive what I get ,o don’t like this hotel never again to be there.

Just a very basic hotel. You pay for the convenience to the beach/shopping but the comfort is a 3/5 at best. Front desk/elevators are confusing. I was concerned upon arrival at the front desk, it’s not super plush and comfortable but it’ll do

Close by to tons of amazing spots and restaurants. Staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.

Mi estancia no fue muy agradable, la atención poco cortés, no resolvían alguna duda sobre la ciudad, la atención al baño no fue buena, en particular las toallas para el cuerpo, solo tuve el primer día, todos los demás solo dejaban toallas de mano, la limpieza en general no es muy buena. La habitación tiene cocinera, pero no hay ningún utencilio, solo el mueble, una estufita eléctrica y una cafetera electrica, que por cierto las amenidades de cafetería solo 2 vñceces dejaron. En fin, no suelo hacer esto, pero la verdad, la relación calidad precio, queda muy mal

조명이 형광등색이라 학교 기숙사 분위기. 복합건물이라 전체적으로 관리가 잘 안되고 있는것 같아요.

해운대가 바로 보이는 뷰가 좋았고 주변의 먹거리 또한 좋았으며 무엇보다 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

部屋からの眺めもよく清掃も綺麗でとても楽しい旅行となりました！ 個人的に気になった点は、スリッパが使い捨てではない布だったので、気になる方は持ち込みで使い捨てのスリッパを持ってくることをお勧めします。 他の方の口コミで、タオルが小さいとありましたが、フェイスタオルサイズが1人2枚用意されていたので個人的には十分でした。また、フロントまでのアクセス方法は入り口が分かりにくいのはありましたが、seacloud hotelのフロントと隣接されているのでそれに沿っていけば分かりやすかったです。
