Ms. Preeti, staff is good.

Water & Food Not great.

I went there FB basis. Dinner and Breakfast very good, very helpful staff, very clean environment, and rooms.

I reserved two rooms. Both rooms telephone not working. There are two TVs in the family room, both are not working. We went to the restaurant by 1 pm for lunch, but till 2.40pm I never got the foods, I went their for FB basis, but they missed our lunch, finally I missed my transport too.

Outside of the chalets look great but inside settings are bad not comfortable.

How the bathroom is setup, didn’t like it. The staffs are not friendly mainly the receptionist ladies are so rude. The breakfast was so bad. All food dishes were opened, flies everywhere not clean at all. Ran out of juice and the coffee was so cold. Asked for more juice never refilled it. The staffs are all so young need more training and they need to keep the food area clean and hygienic.

the food was really not up to the standard of a buffet.

Staffs are very friendly & attentive

The room is so compact, it was really cold that day due to rain there is no floor carpet in the room not even floor towel it was freezing inside the room.

Overall property was good, some staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and beds comfortable.

food & beverage staff needs more training, they were quite stiff and clueless with the exception of couple of them. The scenery is not exactly as advertised. There were gaps in the doors opening out through which insects got in to the room. Directions to the Hotel from main road could be more conspicuous.
