BDJust wow! From the moment I stepped in, Hotel Mala impressed me with its elegant ambiance, warm hospitality, and top-notch service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated — perfect for both comfort and style.
BDHotel Mala Pokhara exceeded expectations — cozy, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop pool overlooked Fewa Lake and the Annapurna range. Staff members like Drishya and Bidhan were exceptional. I loved the spacious room and the hot, strong shower—perfect after trekking. Some housekeeping was inconsistent, but overall, it was great value for money and I’d choose it again

I had a disappointing experience with the staff’s behavior during check-in. Upon arrival, they suggested I cancel my existing booking through the app and promised to upgrade me to a better room for just an additional 200 NPR. However, they were fully aware that my booking was non-refundable and payment was to be made at the property. Had I followed their suggestion, I would have been charged by Booking.com and also had to pay them in cash — essentially paying twice. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, I found the approach quite unethical and it left a negative impression.

No working channels on the TV. Rooftop swimming pool seemed a bit unclean. Other guests were a bit noisy.

One of the staff was not professional at all. Ignored the request and prices may differ on the phone to website , and on site . We had to change room cause of the noise neighbours and linen are not clean. Do not go for economy cause the double doors can be noisey and no view
