Staff were beautiful Location was good Breakfasts were nice

Only one person spoke English, it highlights it speaks English but other than hello, no they don't. A lot of hand gestures and finger crossing we were able to communicate with or another hotel guest was able to help us (Staff were wonderful) On description it says baby cot but they do not offer that. Wifi didn't work.lucky I had unlimited data.

The location was in tucked away area but posh part of Anand and externally the building looks very nice. The restaurant on the top floor was a good touch.

The property although not very old, comes across old inside as it has not been maintained well. Decor is tired and fading away, torn wallpaper in rooms, wiring visible around beds and lighting, Water pressure in basins is weak, taps don’t always work well, temperature issues, AC didn’t regulate temperature. Staff also didn’t know how to Make beds properly. We had quilts without inner sheets and on our first day the pillows were not in their pillow cases. Sheets were sometimes stained and looked dirty. We once had to ask for the floor to be mopped and when they did it left a musty smell in the room. Restaurant staff needed to be told twice about what you wanted and made mistakes. Parking is very limited, around 4 cars underground and the car park is dark. For the price charged, it definitely is overpriced and not even a 2 Star in my opinion.

The manager and staff went out of their way to be helpful and ensured we had a great stay. We were treated like family, not paying guests. The food variation and quality was exceptional, highly recommend.
