Comfy bed. Staff were nice enough but not much help.

One of 2 lifts was broken most the time, but they didn't actually shut off the lift to guests. Tap in bathroom sink just provided drips of water. Shower had only cold or lukewarm water Shoddy workmanship meant room doors had large gaps around the edge which meant noise filtered in the room from noisy guests in the corridor. In the other room we had the hair dryer was smoking when being used and could have set alight. Didn't even provide a replacement when giving them the faulty hairdryer. Location not so great if looking to get good sleep.

The rooms were old and disgusting. Toilet was broken, bed linens weren't changed. Just a nasty experience. The rooms are absolutely horrible. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
