The room was pretty cleaned and the people that worked there were very friendly. They cleaned the rooms everyday. It's very close by if you want to rent a car. About 5 min drive to resturants. They have a/c in the rooms they offer smoking and non smoking rooms.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Dirty smelled like smoke in a non- oking room burns and tears all over our comforter. No hair dryer coffee maker in rooms. Very noisy and they said Hotels. Come charged me 30.00 addition dollars for this room. Will never stay there again or not sure about hotels . Com

I've had the occasion to stay a two star hotels in the past. Some are horrible and some are fine. You shouldn't expect much in terms of extras from a hotel with a two star rating. I do however expect cleanliness and this place was clean.

This was a nice room. The Jacuzzi suite was fun and enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly. There seemed to be a lot of traffic in the rooms around me but nothing to terrible.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of smoke. The shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. I would never stay there again.

All was good. Decent place. They couldn't get any room keys to work, so I had to use a physical key. There were a few ants in the bathroom.

What does non smoking mean if you don't enforce it. Maybe washing the bedding in this century would have helped.

I booked this place in March to attend the College World Series held in Omaha in June. I am a Platinum member of the Choice Privileges chain. I booked a non-smoking, handicap accessible room, with a king bed for June 16,- June 26, 2014. I was in receipt of the guarantee for the room. The day prior to me getting to the hotel I checked the status of my reservation only to find that I no longer had the reservation for the handicapped room or the king bed. I was never notified of any change. I contacted reservations for the Choice Privilege program and found this center to be somewhere in Central America. The man I spoke with told me he had heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act but his reactions impressed me that he could care less. I asked to speak with his supervisor who refused to to speak to me passing on that I should contact customer service. But they did inform me that a clerk at the hotel had changed my reservation and gave no reason for the change. I then contacted customer service for Choice and informed them of what had taken place. This person was well familiar with handicap policies and told me he was calling the hotel. He then informed me that the hotel would honor my reservation and all was taken care of. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I did have a handicap accessible room w/king bed but it would be a smoking room. The clerk on duty told me if the room smelled like smoke she would come and spray it with deodorizer if she had to. Instead I ended up going to Wal-mart and bought some scented candles. There's more. Until about 1:00am, it was like the room above me was a gymnasium. At about 7:00am I woke up feeling that my face was laying in an ashtray. I had enough and went to the front desk to get it fixed. The clerk on duty apologized and asked if I would accept the room next to me that was just what I had on my original reservation but had a whirlpool in the room and was told I would have to wait for it to be cleaned. I waited and moved in only to meet with the head of housekeeping who was annoyed she had change her schedule to clean the room for me. I was very disappointed with the entire stay and highly recommend that you stay away from this place. A trip of a lifetime was almost ruined by this mess.

The lobby smelled like smoke. The rooms were run down. I asked for a king and got a room with 2 queens. The carpet was torn. Carpet tacks were sticking up out of carpet. Stepped on them.
