Extended Stay America Bellevue

last time we were there it was only 60 a night what a bummer we was gonna stay there again next weekend but aint worth 80 bucks a night for that price we will get a place that serves breakfast not a bad location a bar within walking distance and close to lots of restaurants but still not worth that much money a night

Bed linen was old, human hairs found on the sheets, encouraging me to sleep on top. Internet did not work, no iron and ironing board in the room, The room did smell of cigarettes in what was supposed to be a no smoking room. What gives there? The carpet seemed to be new and the rest of the room was clean enough though really beat up door and windows. No bugs were found and I hope that remains the case. I was in town for the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting and should have read the reviews here, before sticking with this place. A real contrast between the day spent in Omaha and the nights spent here. It was no value at this price.

We were traveling from Ouray, CO to Duluth, MN and we stayed here for a place to crash for the night. I have a relative who can get me discounts at Choice Hotels, so I found this hotel for $39/night and thought that was perfect because we got here around midnight and were going to leave around 8am, so we didn't need anything special. We got to the parking lot and there was a guy sitting in the car out front who looked like he was up to no good....we went inside and the front desk lady was on some type of drug. The guy from the car came and and it turns out it was her boyfriend. There was something odd about them. He had watched us take our bags out of the car and move some things around....we had a weeks worth of camping supplies in our car...so there was a lot of stuff showing. We got to our room, it is a motel setup and there are a bunch of guys outside drinking and smoking. They must have been working in the area, and stayed here long term by the sounds of it. We got into the non smoking room and it was clearly a smoking room, they had just sprayed a bunch of lemon stuff for it to try to smell better. It was old and gross in there and I didn't feel safe at all and definitely didn't feel like my vehicle was safe. I have a 2012 Jeep Liberty, not a fancy vehicle by any means, but it was by far the nicest car in the whole parking lot.....that's saying something. We ended up deciding to leave, we talked to a hotel in Council Bluffs, IA and they said that they would match the price we are paying at this one (it was another Choice Hotel), we tried to get out of the room and the door lock was stuck, it took us 5 minutes to get the lock unstuck!!! We finally left and I have never been more happy in my whole life to get out of somewhere!

First time here and you get want you pay for. Very average hotel , need renovation badly , but it's clean . The shower didn't work well , the heat either too hot or to cold lol. The people that work here are from nice to do not bother me type . Would I stay here again ? Maybe if no other place is available.

Extended stay. I have nothing negative to say. Staff is caring and very friendly. The entire atmosphere is pleasing. Perfect location. Close to everything. Always clean rooms. Thank you Jessica, Sharon, Roger and all the house keeping staff. Job well done!

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. My husband and I were staying there while working on a job in town. We minded our own business, were quiet, and clean guests. The hotel KNEW we were long-term guests and had been already there for two months. When we went to pay for the next month, the front desk woman (Jessica) very rudely informed us that they had rented out our room to someone else. We were slightly irritated about moving our things yet we waited patiently for her to assign us another room. She looked up at us finally with a look of complete annoyance and let us know we had to be out un an hour. This hotel was full of shading characters, the police were always there, the maids rarely cleaned, WHEN they actually showed up to clean. Our water was suddenly cut off one day and i was covered in soap because they gave no warning about shutting off the water. My husband and I had two maids walk into the room with their key immediately after lightly knowing once. One if these times i was naked and about to get in the shower. Jessica treating us in humanely with belittling comments and smirking as she repeatedly spoke to us with no professionalism was the icing on the cake. I would NEVER stay here again. If you want to be on a job site and suddenly have no roof over your head THEN stay here, otherwise I'd avoid the dirty, stained bed sheets, almost no housekeeping,and belitting of the front desk bitter unhappy Jessica in roadway inn.

The Internet connection was slow to no connection. The room smelled like an old bar. The sink was not clean. Would not be my first choice again.

have been staying for awhile like this place. Always a bottomless cup of coffee. Quiet place to stay with pleasant staff from Mgr to front desk, and house keeping. Good stuff good work Jessica B., Kathy C. , Rodger, Sharon , Alaska. You are all good at what you do

We had to live here for a period of time and our housekeeper, Kathy, was awesome. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was off weekends so every Friday she made it a point to make sure we were ok. I never had a housekeeper like her anywhere I have ever stayed. And all the gals at front desk were very nice. I would stay here again.

Cheap hotel, had a lot of contract long term rentals from the railroad but overall an ok place
