Extended Stay America Bellevue

The first room we got the AC didn’t work and the hotel information said there was a pool but it was drained when we got there. There were dead and dying crickets on the floor. Went to see on getting a refund was denied because we had been there more than 5mins. tried saying we had been there 30mins but it had been about 15mins. (we looked for the pool then looked for a new hotel) Since they couldn’t refund us we requested a new room. Guy almost didn’t seem to want to get us another room. he didn’t seem to believe us about the AC even after he checked it. The new room had more crickets than the last. do not recommend and will not be back.

No breakfasts,paint peeling off on the doors, soap stinks

This property is nothing like the pictures. The building is beyond run down. The 2nd floor walk way is falling in and not safe. The rooms are nasty dirty, walls are dirty carpets are stained and dirty and when I checked the bed there were bed bugs. There is no pool. Do not stay here. DO NOT

I was charged once from Expedia, who refuses to refund me. Claiming they cannot contact the property manager. The property’s phone lines are down. Then the property charged me $81 one night for a room that was unclean, ceiling falling, not even worth $40. Overall very disappointed with the property and Expedia.

Pool was closed

The room seemed clean and everything was in working order. The only complaint I had was that the glass in the picture frame was broken, but it didn't look like any was on the bed or floor underneath.

My stay was very pleasant

This was a horrible experience for us. The pictures on Hotels.com is so nice but the condition of the Hotel is really poor. The Pool is not working, the rooms smell cigarette even though we stayed in a non-smoking room. I will not recommend taking your family there, certainly not if you have kids.

I will say one thing… the rooms were clean no bugs. The neighborhood was dirty And the building was rundown. No thrifts while I was there or police. The pool is listed as working and there’s a huge trash can in it. That should be updated other than that it’s ok for long work days
