Browndot Hotel Masan Odong

It was very clean and the room was large and had very cold AC. The parking was also very convenient. And there were tons of good restaurants in walking distance.

The only down side was check in wasn't until 5pm and they were very strict on that.

The only thing we like is that we were allowed to check in late.

They scammed us 🤬🤬🤬😡😡. The receptionist asked us to pay another 20,000 won despite of the fact that we paid correctly during our booking. We told her that I booked for a family room and chose it correctly but she insisted that I only booked for two people that I had to pay extra 20,000 won. She told us that she will upgrade our room as a goodwill service but when we got to the room, it was basically the same room I saw from the site. Breakfast was included but it was so dull and bland. We don’t want to go back to this place anymore and will not definitely recommend this to anyone

The staff was very nice. And the beds were comfortable.

Pictures should definitely be updated, found Hair in my bed and on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom (shower area) wasn’t especially clean. The bathroom (toilet area) had an empty and dusty diffuser and my friend and I bought an air freshener.

I was travelling with my family for almost 9 days and we ended up reserving two rooms. Initially, the hotel was not able to accommodate our request for the adjoining two rooms. However, the hotel staffs were very prompted to our request and moved us to another rooms where we had adjoining rooms. The staffs were very friendly and accommodated to all our requests including extra towels and the bottled waters. I was definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Everything was pretty awesome in our stay at this because the staffs always tried to accommodate to our needs. The only thing I can think that we didn’t like was probably the sewer odor coming from the bathroom. When we brought this issue, the hotel staffs immediately try to fix it by cleaning the bathroom drainage with the cleaning products. I don’t think this was the hotel problem but the problem rises based on the location (close to ocean) and the area (Masan).
