Good size room and bathroom. Easy to book and check in.

Location is ordinary.

The room was quite spacious and had a smart tv with Netflix subscription.

We planned on arriving at the hotel earlier and for this reason we contacted the property and they told us it is okay to arrive earlier. However, when we arrived there was no one at the reception and since we didn't have a Korean phone number we were unable to call someone. Luckily we stumbled across another Korean couple and they called. When the receptionist arrived she told us that the room was yet not ready but we could leave our luggages. As concerns the room, it is truly spacious, however we saw several hair in the room and especially in between the bed sheet and the blanket. When we called the receptionist she came with tape and tried to take the hair off the blanket. But with a check-in that starts only at 5 p.m. I expected a cleaner room so be aware of that. The breakfast was also rather disappointing as there was not too great of a choice and if you arrive later to breakfast there won't be much left anyway.

Nothing that I liked about the property

Hotel is dated, breakfast is terrible. Will not recommend to stay here

연박이고, 5시 30분에 방문했는데도, 낮은 층(3층)을 줘서 별로에요

The staff make this place the best especially the two front desk ladies.

The other guests were not understanding of a family situation. We did our best but we're forced to move rooms. The staff was very kind about it

The room was excellent and very clean. Also the breakfast adds a really great value. The staff are what make it so great the two ladies at the front were very kind to my family.

No temperature controls in room at times it was a little hot and we would have liked to turn down the ondol(floor heating).

친척들 하룻밤 묵게해드렸어요. 좋았다고 하시네요 간단한 조식도 제공되서 마음에 든다하셨어요 ㅎ
