Peacock Place

Very clean and peaceful. Easy walk to most of Eastman, temperature maintained in the property was perfect, loved spending a few hours at the pool. Breakfast was good portions. We will be staying again. Not a lot to do in Eastman, but Great walking the town, railway station (which I hope will be restored one day). Perfect getaway. Also check out El Ranco Mexican restaurant, 14 minutes walk. You will want to walk after a couple of pitchers of peach margarita. Feel recharged,I want to go back soon!

Quiet, attractive setting with a lovely historical house. Very comfortable and outstanding breakfast. Sarah who prepared our breakfast was efficient, and fulfilled our every need with a warm friendly presence. Owner/manager was very good about answering our questions before our stay.

The property was great! We were unable to chk in until after midnight and they graciously accommodated us. We woke up to freshly cookedeggs,bacon,sausage,and pancakes. Thanks so very much to the peacock for starting our girls trip off right.

Wonderful stay in a charming Victorian home. Amazing breakfast! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Loved the decor and the historic feel to the home. Hope to be back soon.

The bedroom floor was scuffed and dirty. I had to clean the coffee maker as it was very dirty. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig. In the sewing drawer below the Keurig there were mouse turds. In my opinion B&Bs with an owner on the property are better taken care of. I have to say Sarah, the lady that made my breakfast was great! She would be my only reason for going back for another stay.

Peacock Place was literally like the set of a movie. What a great experience! The landscaping was top notch and added the overall charm of the property. So peaceful and quiet. The jewel of Eastman.

Peacock Place was a great stay! Landon was very communicative and made it so easy. Eastman does not have much lodging so this is a wonderful option to have. Any parents of MGSU students that need a stay this is a good spot. Great room, great breakfast and a really amazing front porch. Thank you!

The property is well kept, and the landscaping is pretty. The day time setting was quiet but overnight, there was an obvious distractive noise throughout the entire night into the morning and it was so disrputive that sleep was impossible. If you are a hard sleeper, this location is great. If not, you won't get any rest and have a tiresome next day.

It was a lovely stay. The breakfast was wonderful. The room, including bed, was very comfortable and the host accommodating. I have close family that live there so I will be back soon!
