Excellent staff. Concierge Markus most helpful w tours and local dinners. Beds were uncomfortable as they were just 2 twins pushed together w no queen sheet and wood frames separating.

The hotel did not permit me to change my reservation and so I did not stay at the hotel and was still charged for the night. Horrible Customer Service on both hotels.com and the Kempinski. I will never use hotels.com again.

The location is very convenient, close to the rebuilt Old Town. In addition the different eating places within the hotel are quite convenient and nice. The only disappointment that the Hotel is charging $30 for each breakfast. Nobody can each that much!

Our room was beautiful and spacious! Their amenities are wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We cannot wait to come back to Dresden and will most definitely be staying here again!

"Fabulous Hotel"

Great hotel, very welcoming staff, got an upgrade to a suite. Booked a massage with very little notice. All good. Didn't endulge in the €30 breakfast which seems outrageous but can't really comment. Plenty of breakfast options outside available.
