Amazing

The property was safe and gated. It was an average condo and clean but lots of bugs in the bathroom. Bring bug spray! Everything else was okay.

The check in was easy the location was great no a lot of traffic and was 15 to 20 minutes away from everything we wanted to do the room felt very at home and the area was nice and quiet if your a couple and don’t want to be around large groups this is the perfect location.

Very nice,clean apartment, this is our 6th time visiting Turks and Caicos but our second time staying there, absolutely no issues? Its about 20 minutes from Grace Bay,we had a car which we do recommend.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We did not have any hot water when we showered, it was cold water the entire time running even after leaving the water run for 10 minutes just in case it got warm-it never did. The bathroom was filled with small bugs and there was a lot of mosquitoes inside the studios. These were two main things that I did not like about the studio. Other than that it was a decent stay. It was about a 15 minute drive to Grace Bay Beach by car. If staying at this studio you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you won’t be able to get around as it is not around the main tourist area, the studio is located in a residential neighborhood.

Seagrape was lovely petite studio apartment. The accommodations were very stylish and well thought out. The pool was a nice amenity. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. we were able to prepare meals each day. The pillows were great. The bed well, your home bed of course is more pleasing. There were minor things like timeliness for a repair that was a concern. Seagrape is quite a distance from restaurants and the beach. If you do not rent a car, this may not be the accommodation for you.

The condo was nice. Staff were very receptive when we had a minor issue with the key. I was very happy with the service. It is not close to the tourist area, which I prefer, but that means you'll need a car. Be careful driving millennium highway to get to the condo. There are potholes at the edge of the road that will eat tires and rims. It is a dark busy road and you don't want to be broken down there.

I like that it was gated, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to friends and family😊

Very nice apartment had all the amenities, cozy and clean. The outside/yard could use some cleaning no one wants to see dog poop all over. Someone lives in front and there’s 4 units in back. We had a car so it worked out fine for us. It’s about a 15-20 minute ride to Grace bay.

Nice studio apartment, gave us the feel of being a local. We had couple issues with the AC and Toilet, called late morning and both were fixed by the afternoon!! Rental car is a must, unless you are ok getting a taxi, keeping in mind taxi rides are very pricey and sometimes hard to find one, because the area where the studio is located, we found out not too many ppl were familiar with it. If you do get a taxi, tell them the address and also tell them Face 1 location. Boyfriend and I liked the place and we would totally recommend it because is modern and has all the amenities. THAT US ALL YOU NEED! Thank you Sea Grapes and to Charles our taxi driver, GREAT guy!!!!
