Sea Grape Studios

Had an awesome time, place was clean, had all the amenities, we would definitely stay there again. That being said, not one phone # for the place was in service, physically had to go to The Lodgings to let someone know that we had no internet or TV. Took 2 days to get internet and 5 days to get TV.

The villa was clean and the owners were very nice. The area is super quiet and you get the local feeling. No tourists around and it is the perfect place to disconnect. Would go back and recommend.

This was a perfect studio. Not near the resorts but if your looking to relax, cook and not pay an arm and leg , this is the perfect hide away. Must have a car. I’ll be back!!

There was no Wifi or Cable TV for more than 12 hours. Since the property is far from most activities, there was no way to step out and take advantage of another wifi source. Despite telling management that a construction team has started working at 730am one morning, the construction team still returned again on another day and woke guests yet again at about 730am. The layout of the room is terrible since you cannot lay in the bed and watch TV. It’s a vacation island, who wants to sit and watch tv while on vacation in upright chairs? The hot water was not working on arrival at the property. They take a refundable deposit on arrival which most hotels in the world do not demand anymore. This thinking is archaic and needs to be modernized. The maid services did not come daily.

This was perfect for what we needed for. Room was super clean.

This place has everything you need and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to TCI. Last but certainly not least a huge thank you to the owners Debbie and her husband. They went above and beyond for us. I cannot thank them enough. God bless them.

Sea Grape Studios is an excellent place to stay. The place itself was clean and beautiful. You definetely need to rent a car if you stay here as Grace Bay or the beaches on the southern shore are both a 20 minute easy drive. We had a great time and we will definetely be back.

We were relocated to another property dur to the timing of our reservation (same day), but the second property was in a better location in Grace Bay and was very quiet and clean. Debbie communicated with us throughout the trip and answered all of our questions.

I enjoyed my stay here, the setup is great and beautiful. Very homey and beautiful. I have a few issues there is nothing around there if you don't have a car your stuck with taking taxi's and that can get very expensive I was there for 5 days and spend around $300 in Taxi's alone. There is also no hot water not sure what's that's about. But the check in process was great the staff and the driver were fantastic. Turks is amazing!
