The property had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and Carren was a great host. She responded quickly and gave good recommendations for everything. Would love to stay here again next time we visit!

This place is definitely affordable at Turks. keep in mind its on the other side id town far from Grace Bay. it's in the local neighborhood. at night, theres alot of stray dogs on the street. nothing is close to thos location so youll need a car. place is hard to find on google maps as it wont find the address. i had to get the landlord to send me a whatsapp live location to navigate. place itself has a kitchen and free wifi and tv. it does not have laundry. youll have to use a cloths line and wash by hand. gate automatic door always gets stuck, we had to reset the gate every night when we came back to the place. it was scary to get out at night with the dogs to reset the gate. if youre looking for a feel at home, being with locals stay here. if you're here to vaca, find a place close to grace bay. this place is far from gracebay and nothing to do near by.

Ms. Debbie has a beautiful studio apt. Its new, clean ,well maintained and has all amenities available.. Also, it has a pool. Neighbors are friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Quiet side of the island , I had a little hiccup with air conditioner but Ms, Debbie fixed the problem immediately. I was very happy with my decision to stay at Sea Grape.Studios.

This is a the perfect place for a business traveler or vacationer.

Amazing place and hosts! Had a really pleasant time at Sea Grape

We'r lived the property. However, we had a few things that we'r needed to address and when we communicated, we got no response or resolution for days. And also one day when we arrived home, the bank for was wide open. Apparently, the cleaning staff didn't close and lock it. Very concerning safety issue.

The Studio is equipped with all things you can possible need. That means from water cooker, coffee maker.... and even a bathrobe and also beach towels. (I never had this before!) Everything is nice and clean and well taken care of, own Wi-Fi and cable TV receiver. Also the use of the studio patio and provided beach umbrella with fold chairs are pleasant. Grocery shopping 5 minutes by car convenient to reach for use of full kitchen appliances. Designated parking on the property.

Modern and clean. Great stay, and host was friendly and welcoming. It can be a little hard to find but just follow instructions that are emailed. I would recommend for value and comfort.

Tastefully decorated. In great condition. Nice touches that gave a warm beachy feel.
