The music was coming from downstairs from 7pm till 2am not very good but somehow managed to fall asleep

The receptionist was friendly

The room was dirty! There was staines on the carpet, the windows did not open, the room was too hot, there was mould on the sealant on the bathroom. The shower was dirty, the water was not running properly and made a lot of noise. The bed had hair in it and was uncomfortable

Rooms very basic and noisy from the street and band .

The downstairs decor was very nice, looked as if it had been recently decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The downstairs was cold, everyone had jackets on in the bar, the room was filthy and freezing. The windows were rotting wood, dampness in the bathroom, huge gaps at the bottom of the doors you could fit a hand through, carpet was filthy, the floor had a literal dip in the middle, floor boards were uneven and squeaked when you walked on them. The bathroom floor was filthy. Rotting wood in the bathroom, the room was that cold we asked for an extra heater which couldn't be provided. We were offered to move room but they were all the same so we checked out after one day, paid £222.00 to sleep one night in freezing, filthy conditions.

Location was great as were staff ,a good breakfast to.

I was in a room 101 next to a2 storecupboards, heater was on all the time but didn’t heat the room , the room was directly on top of bar loud music until 1am had to go & ask for another room at midnight ,’felt the party was in room’

Clean & good space in room

Double glazing on windows would have kept out light, cold & constant traffic noise. Installing a lift would make access to top floor easier.

Comfortable room

i could have done with a room away from the music
