Ahau Beachfront Tulum Hotel

We traveled from Idaho to Tulum to witness a beautiful union and to celebrate our own. We stayed in Master Suite 2 and the time here was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful staff, great vibe. It’s hard to leave! Thank you, Ahau! We’ll be back!

We can’t over stress how awesome the service and overall experience was during our visit… from check-in to checkout, the staff worked as a team and paid attention to details … Cruz checked us in and was willing to accommodate at all levels, Sergio, Rocio , Jazmin and Manuel , Christopher and everyone went above and beyond… This is our second visit to Ahau and the service was perfect… it’s good to see that, in all that’s changed in Tulum over the past 15 years, there are still gems that make this area attractive … we’ll b back…

Sergio in the restaurant was an excellent server. He greeted me by name every day and was a very attentive worker. The food was delicious too!

If you want to be totally and completely taken care of on your vacation, you should stay here. Every detail is throughout and appreciated. The food is amazing. The vibes are immaculate. Sergio at the restaurant is best! He anticipated our needs and was always smiling. He remembered our names and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend

An incredible experience with kids. The service staff is phenomenal (s/o Sergio, Manuel, Christian)! Drinks are great and food is great. It’s right on the beach, and the beach has a slow gradient, so I didn’t worry about the kids. Bring lots of bug spray and sunscreen.

Ahau is in a fab location, right on the main road. The rooms were fab and consisted of an open shower, love island style! The team were very attentive especially Sergio who asked us our names and greeted us every time afterwards. It’s the little touches that made it a special place.

This place is absolutely amazing…if you want to experience a tropical vacation this is the place. Location is ideal, a 5 minute walk in either direction and you are at bars, restaurants, beach clubs. Entire staff is available for any request you have. Cruz, is unbelievable with recommending and helping book excursions and where the safe spots are. Sergio in restaurant is great, by 2nd day he knew our names and what we both ate and drank. If we are ever back in Tulum, this is our one and only call for accommodations. If you can leave a 6 stars review I would. Scott
