Śniadanie w cenie pokoju obejmuje wyłącznie czarną kawę i dwa jajka, to jest skandal, wszystko jest extra charge, a na końcu Pan kelner który patrzył się w niebo przez 20 min pyta bezczelnie czy może doliczyć 20% tip. Trzeba uważać na każdym kroku bo oszukują i doliczają do rachunku pozycje których się nie zamawiało. Ostatniego dnia pobytu obsługa ukradła mi klapki. Rzeźba która była wizytówką hotelu jest teraz schowana i jest bramka żeby zapłacić i zrobić sobie zdjęcie - ŻENADA

We came to Ahau to celebrate my mom's birthday on a mother and daughter trip. This was one of favorite Mexico trips ever. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The room and hotel property were beautiful and was also in a great location in the hotel zone, walking distance to everything. What makes the property stand out is the employees. I am forgetting some names but Mila, Christian, Fernando, Dennis, & Sergio stood out as the most warm and inviting representatives of Ahau. Christian, Mila, and Sergio went above and beyond to make my moms birthday breakfast memorable. We look forward to another vacation here in the future.

Ahau Tulum is a little piece of paradise. A truly beautiful beachfront hotel with a very special energy. We stayed for a few days over New Year’s and also joined their New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration, which was magical and so thoughtfully done. Food was amazing and the party super fun! The rooms are charming, earthy, and full of character, perfectly in tune with the natural surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family and made to feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. The team always goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy, and that warmth and care can be felt in every detail. The food is great and love the smoothies at the beach bar! I love this place so much, and it will always hold a special place in my heart, grateful for the memories we created here and looking forward to coming back when I have the chance.

We had a wonderful time here staying at the hotel. The included breakfast was amazing and Sergio was just wonderful at the restaurant!

The beachfront property is well situated amongst a variety of highly rated restaurants, shops and nightlife. The staff are very accommodating and thoughtful - not to overlook that the onsite restaurant is quality - an excellent experience overall!
