Quality Inn West of Asheville

The staff was super helpful, the property was well cared for and clean. You could tell it was not a new property, but there had been upgrades and our room was spotless. No dust, even the corners and edges of the room were clean.

The sheer curtains needed to be replaced, but other than that- it was excellent.

Breakfast options were poor. No fruit. Outside doors were propped open with rocks which didn't make me feel safe.

Staff was horrible!!! Unexceptionable attitude! I got the refund but it is not enough.

I do not recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. There were multiple issues that made the experience very uncomfortable: • Cockroaches were visibly roaming around the room, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. • The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working, so the entire room was filled with unpleasant odors after anyone used the restroom. • The refrigerator was old and rusted, looking unhygienic and neglected. . No cleaning of tiles grout . No room temperature control , need to used default settings

The staff really went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We are truly grateful for their kindness and consideration. The room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Checkin was smooth even outside of normal hours. We got a great night's sleep!
