It was the most unpleasant stay I have ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was awful! Computer system was down. Room was not very clean and dated. Construction everywhere which I know the hotel can do nothing about. The gentleman at check-in was nice enough. Just not a great area.

It was very quiet and comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful.

The entry light to our room was burned out so once we went in, we had a hard time finding our way to a light. The next morning, we tried to explain that to the woman at the desk when we checked out, but she didn’t seem to understand.

Extremely impressed with the staff. The man working at check-in was exceptionally accommodating and professional. Christmas decor in the lobby was beautiful, too.

It wasn't a big deal, but I wish they had picked a more politically neutral news channel to have on the TVs at breakfast.
