部屋は綺麗で　ベットが広く良かった 中洲川端　天神と歩いて行ける距離で良かった

浴室　洗面　トイレが一緒で狭かった 浴槽は特に狭かった所

博多駅まで近くて、周りにコンビニやパーキングが沢山ある

ユニットバスだが、バスタブの排水をしたら、トイレまでビシャビシャになった。あと、ユニットバスが常に尿臭がする。
