Die Lage ist gut, aber durch die Gaststätten in der Nähe ist es bei offenem Fenster laut.

Insgesamt gibt es einen erheblichen Instandhaltungsstau. Das Bad ist in einem schlechten Zustand (lose Bodenfliesen, permanent leicht laufende WC Spülung, durch Feuchtigkeitseinwirkung aufgequollene Türzarge). Die Möbel sind abgenutzt. Unter dem Bett war es sehr dreckig.
