​Our family had second unforgettable stay at this apartment. It is, without a doubt, one of the best places we have ever stayed at in Austria. ​🏔️ Location and Atmosphere ​The house is situated in an elevated, strategic position that offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake. It is just a 3-minute drive from the center of Zell am See, yet it feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle. The silence is absolute, broken only by the sound of birds chirping. It provides a true sense of privacy and tranquility. ​🏡 Interior and Amenities ​The apartment was spotlessly clean and designed with a wonderful eye for detail. The rooms are incredibly cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the high-quality mattresses and fluffy duvets – they guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. ​Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances and every utensil you could possibly need. ​Garden: A real masterpiece! Beautifully landscaped with flowers and charming decorations – a true paradise for the eyes (and great for photos). ​⛷️ Skiing and Activities ​For skiers, the location is unbeatable. With a single pass (the Alpin Card), you can access three major regions: Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn), and Zell am See, totaling about 408 km of slopes! With a small surcharge, you can even expand your access further. FOR NOT SKIERS: a lot of possibilities to strall.around - Zell am See round tour is 11 km even walk, Klamsee is 45 min, The Golden Gate of the Alps is also a nice easy direction for a walk... ​🤝 Hospitality ​The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home from the very first moment.

Man ist aufs Auto angewiesen um zum nächsten Lift zu kommen. Kein Skibus. Keine Skischuhheizung.

Strongly recommend this apartment. Hosts are very kind and will give you all the informations necessary. Room is big, warm (heaters) equipped with all stuff that you'll need - kitchen, big wardrobes, comfortable beds, good wifi, relaxing bathtub etc. Good value for money ratio. But the most important - THE VIEW. The best in Zell Am See. It was a pleasure to spend ski holidays there. 7 mins car distance to center, 20 mins walking distance.

Uphill driveway to apartment could be chalenging to low experienced drivers. I had no problem with 4WD car and winter tires, road is cleaned every day at 7AM, but with harsh snow conditions, it could be hard to drive up/down without snow tire chains. Passing 2 cars in this driveway is chalenging :)

Bardzo czysto, komfortowo ze wszystkimi możliwymi udogodnieniami. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, duże, przestronne wnętrza.

Stromy podjazd pod dom, ale droga dobrze odśnieżona

De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement.

Overal betaald parkeren in Zell am See. Na 18.00 uur is het wel vrij parkeren overigens. Vanuit het appartement is het niet te belopen naar het centrum waardoor je genoodzaakt bent elke keer de auto te gebruiken.

A Wonderful Stay with a Stunning Mountain and Zell am see lake View! We had lovely time at this cottage. The view was absolutely breath taking. The host was incredebly friendly and helpful which made our experience even better.

Stairs to go down specially when with the luggage but it was worth after having stunning view.

Lovely spacious and well equipped apartment with exceptional views. Tranquil location and the beds were very comfortable. It was a bit of a hike from the town centre (about 10 minutes brisk walk down and 20 minutes back up hill at the end of the day) but well worth it for the amazing views. I would recommend hiring a locker at the ski hire place next to city express to save carrying skis and boots back and forth. I would also recommend bringing an eye mask as there is a lovely skylight above the main double bed which fills the apartment with natural light during the day but could make having a lie-in difficult.

There is no window in the bathroom and so you need to leave the door open for ventilation but this is a very minor issue and didn’t affect our enjoyment of staying at the apartment.
