Green Grapefruit Villa

I stayed for four (4) months at Green Grapefruit. I was initially going to stay for 30 days, but I fell in love with Hoi An, and Green Grapefruit was so great I kept renewing my stay. It was home, not a hotel for me for my entire stay there. The hostess was super accommodating and extremely attentive. When I come back to Hoi An in springtime I will be staying here again.

There were a few issues with the water pressure in my room but it was only slightly inconvenient.

We liked the location and the relaxing atmosphere of the place. The price is great and you get what you pay for. We made most of the bike rental while we were there. The location is great ,close to the centre and river, but not right in the middle of the noise. The village was peaceful and welcoming just what we were looking for.

I have read a number of reviews about the owner and the cleanliness. Yes, the owner does try to suggest going to her sister’s shop etc, but most of the people we met while we were there knew someone and tried to recommend their friend so she only did what seems to be the norm there. And the cleanliness, yeah ok they don’t come and clean your room everyday but the positives outweigh this by far. If you want a luxury hotel then this isn’t the place for you. If you want to stay in a relaxing, peaceful place that you feel at home in then I would recommend here. And we would definitely return here.

Wow, just wow! This villa exceeded every single one of our expectations. The design is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything looks brand new. But let’s talk about the pool—it is pure heaven! Perfectly maintained, crystal-clear water, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. It was our favorite spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Beyond the amazing property, the host's enthusiasm and kindness blew us away. They treated us like family from day one! They went completely above and beyond, even helping us arrange transport and surprising us with a delicious local breakfast one morning. You can tell they genuinely love hosting and care about their guests' happiness. Thank you for making our vacation so magical.

Staff were lovely and helpful, room was nice and clean and comfortable bed. Pool was great to cool off it.

A forma como a villa foi construída, está muito porreira. O quarto muito bem limpo e organizado.

O pequeno almoço "incluído", era composto por duas opções.. se quiséssemos mais algo, tínhamos tínhamos de comprar à parte.
