Very nice place! The room was very clean! Nice pool! Good breakfast! Lovely and kind staff! Highly recommended!

On arrival, they had double booked our room... Thought both the ladies were really pushy towards using their tailor, their driver, their shops where they had a vested interest... No housekeeping done over the four days... No free bottles of water... On checkout, they tried to make me pay for towels that had makeup on them, but I insisted for them to wash them before we left...

There were issues, but Hau and Hieu tried their best to resolve any issues we experienced. The walk to old town was not far. The restaurant across the street was great. There is a win mart 4 minutes away.

Upon our arrival, a girl from the staff welcomed us with a big smile, chatted with us for a while and offered us hot tea. Having arrived early in the morning from a night trip and a long walk, check-in was not yet available but the girl still allowed us to take a shower in one of the free rooms. also, although check-in was available from 2 pm, at 12:30 they had our room ready for us because we had to leave for an excursion at 1 pm. We also liked the structure in general a lot, even the swimming pool was very nice

the room smells a bit of loot and was a bit humid but by turning on the fan or the air conditioner this problem was partially solved

The location was very good for me because it was close to the City Center, but not in the middle of it, so more quiet. The hosts where so friendly and supportive, I felt very welcome and there was always someone present if I needed anything. I felt happy and at home. The breakfast was a nice Event because the different guests meet in the breakfast area and if you like it is easy to connect with people from all over the World. The garden is beautiful. And it is possible to rent a bike (for free)... exploring Hoi An via bike was amazing! Thank you so much for everything!

The staff were really very nice and friendly. Helped us book tours and even gave us a little goodbye gift! Breakfast was really good, and the pool is really cold, which was so nice after a hot day out in Hoi An. And, when you enter the property, you get this amazing aroma of something - a plant? Maybe the pomelo trees? Idk what but it was really nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

Because the room's doors go directly outside, there were some bugs in our room. I would suggest getting mosquito nets for the beds.

Big selection for breakfast and the food was delicious! Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Staff were very kind and helpful. Pool was clean.

Location near good restaurants, 20 min walk to city center. Nice garden, we didn't use the pool because of the rain but it looks nice. Room was spacious, beds were comfortably.

Staff did not speak any English, she tried to put us in a different room than we booked (we booked twin beds, she wanted to give us a double bed). She insisted on that we made a mistake, talked right through you, did not want to take a minute and listen as i tried to show her my reservationin the app. English is bad, use of Google translate didn't make it any better. At the end she gave us another room type that had 2 beds and stressed so often that we should be thankful because she gave us "and upgrade for free". Every time we saw her she said that "we had an amazing room for such a cheap price because of her". Like, who are you kidding? In the end she informed Booking.com that we were a no-show because i refused to do so... we stayed there for a couple of nights and we paid the Booking.com price. So weird, felt like a scam
